Abstract submission deadline EXTENDED: January 31th, 2012
The Black Graduate Student Association (BGSA) at the Georgia Institute of Technology will host its 9th annual research symposium from March 9th-10th, 2012. The Georgia Tech Graduate Technical [GT]2 Symposium is the premiere opportunity for minority graduate students to showcase research and network with colleagues while gaining exposure to industry.
The program attracts over 100 leading scholars from high-level programs across the country to share advances in the science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) fields. Through oral presentations, poster presentations and workshops, graduate students will discuss innovations and breakthroughs in their research areas. Top oral and poster presenters will be awarded over $3,000 in prizes. In addition, there will be useful door prizes and giveaways open to all participants. [GT]2 also offers networking opportunities. The exhibition sessions, reception and luncheon offer a forum for students to interact with industry and university representatives.
Hope that you and your colleagues will partake in this event. We look forward to seeing you in March!
